Programs are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency care. You are responsible for your own health decisions and for obtaining any clearance or support you may need before, during, or after participation.

Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy+

These Terms, Cancellation, and Refund Policy ("Agreement") apply to participation in Lumora Confluence (the "Event"). By applying for, registering for, or attending the Event, each applicant or participant ("Participant") agrees to the terms below.

1. About the Event

Lumora Confluence is a multi-day embodied leadership retreat in Sedona, Arizona, currently scheduled for October 7–11. The Event is application-based; submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Registration and Payment

A registration is considered complete only after a Participant is accepted and the required payment is received in full, unless another written payment arrangement has been approved by the Organizers.

3. Refund Policy

Because this is a small, curated experience that requires advance planning and reservation of space, all payments are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the Organizers. If a Participant chooses not to attend, withdraws, cancels for any reason, arrives late, leaves early, or is removed for violating Event agreements, no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued unless the Organizers expressly agree otherwise in writing.

4. If the Event Is Cancelled by the Organizers

If the Organizers cancel the Event, the Participant's sole remedy will be a refund of the amounts actually paid to the Organizers for the Event registration. The Organizers will not be responsible for airfare, lodging outside the Event package, rental cars, ground transportation, travel change fees, lost wages, personal purchases, incidental expenses, or consequential losses.

5. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, delays, illness, injury, weather disruption, and personal property loss.

6. Venue, Lodging, and Program Changes

The Organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to venue, lodging, schedule, facilitators, meals, amenities, and activities. Reasonable modifications do not entitle a Participant to a refund.

7. Force Majeure

The Organizers are not liable for delay, disruption, rescheduling, modification, or cancellation caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, wildfire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, public health events, government action, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disruption, utility outage, transportation interruption, venue closure, or other emergencies.

8. No Guarantee of Results

The Organizers do not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, relational, medical, psychological, spiritual, leadership, professional, or financial outcome.

9. Participant Responsibility

Each Participant is responsible for their own travel arrangements, travel documents, personal property, medical needs, and participation choices.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Participant Conduct & Community Agreement+

Lumora Confluence is intended to offer a respectful, supportive, and well-held environment for all participants. By applying for, registering for, or attending the Event, I agree to the following:

1. Respectful Participation

I will participate in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner, and treat Organizers, staff, venue personnel, and fellow participants with care and consideration.

2. Safety and Shared Responsibility

I will follow reasonable instructions relating to safety, timing, venue use, transportation, boundaries, activity participation, and event logistics.

3. Boundaries and Consent

I will respect the physical, emotional, conversational, spiritual, and interpersonal boundaries of others. I will not pressure or coerce any participant into disclosure, interaction, or participation in any practice.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

I agree to honor the privacy of others and not disclose, publish, record, post, distribute, or share another participant's story, image, likeness, or personal details without their explicit permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, threats, discrimination, intimidation, retaliation, abusive conduct, unlawful behavior, destruction of property, unwanted contact, or materially disruptive conduct are not permitted.

6. Personal Responsibility and Impairment

I will not participate in activities while impaired in a way that creates risk to myself or others, and I accept responsibility for stepping back when needed.

7. No Guarantee of Experience or Outcome

No particular experience, group dynamic, emotional response, or personal outcome can be guaranteed.

8. Organizer Discretion

The Organizers reserve the right, in their reasonable discretion, to deny, limit, suspend, or end a participant's involvement without refund if conduct is unsafe, unlawful, threatening, harassing, impaired, noncompliant, or materially disruptive.

9. Respect for Property and Venue

I agree to treat Event property, lodging, wellness facilities, shared spaces, transportation, and venue rules with care, and accept responsibility for damage caused by my acts or omissions.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Acknowledgment

I have read and understand this Participant Conduct and Community Agreement, and I agree to comply with it as a condition of participation.

Medical, Mental, Emotional & Personal Responsibility Acknowledgment+

By applying for, registering for, or participating in the Event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Event

The Event is a wellness-oriented, educational, experiential, and personal-development retreat. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, crisis intervention, emergency care, or a substitute for licensed healthcare or mental health treatment.

2. Responsibility for Participation

I represent that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate, or that I have consulted with an appropriate licensed healthcare professional and obtained any recommended clearance.

3. Self-Management and Disclosure

I am responsible for obtaining any medical, therapeutic, or professional guidance I may need; taking medications as prescribed; bringing necessary medical devices; communicating allergies, injuries, limitations, sensitivities, or health concerns; choosing to pause, modify, or decline any activity; and seeking professional care whenever needed.

4. Pregnancy, Recovery, and Health Conditions

If I am pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery or injury, managing a chronic medical condition, experiencing emotional instability, or living with a mental health condition, I agree to seek appropriate professional guidance before attending and to participate conservatively.

5. Right to Step Back

I may choose not to participate in any activity at any time, and I accept responsibility for honoring my own limits.

6. No Medical Monitoring by Organizers

The Organizers are not responsible for monitoring my medical or psychological condition, diagnosing concerns, prescribing treatment, providing therapy, or ensuring my safety beyond reasonable general event precautions.

7. Emergency Assistance Authorization

In the event of illness, injury, or a perceived emergency, I authorize the Organizers to seek emergency assistance for me if reasonably necessary. I remain responsible for all resulting medical, transportation, accommodation, and related costs.

8. Food, Allergy, and Environmental Responsibility

Dietary requests may be accommodated where reasonably possible, but an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. I remain responsible for managing my own allergies, sensitivities, hydration, rest, medications, and environmental exposures.

9. No Guaranteed Outcome

No specific emotional, medical, psychological, spiritual, or transformational result is guaranteed.

10. Governing Law

This Acknowledgment is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Acknowledgment

I certify that I have read and understood this document and accept responsibility for my own participation and well-being.
